Naturally grown plants have simple laminas, in cutivation, pinnae occasionally develop.
The species has been known to cultuvation as sp. Robertson Karoo, through Charles Craib's Penrock Nursery, and is illustrated on p. 109 of his book Geophytic Pelargoniums, Field and Cultivation Studies of Pelargonium section Hoarea, Umdaus Press, 2001.
